Design Charges: initial design consultation free (up to 2 hours); subsequent design time $50 per hour rolled into purchase price.

Deposit: 50% with balance due on completion. (Large projects may require additional payment installments.  This will be determined before starting the project.)

Lead Time: 2-6 months.

Local Delivery: free within 30 miles of Minneapolis, MN; outside that area $50 per person/hour, plus gas.

Long Distance: best available shipper, plus crating charge (minimum $100).
